f0f769c5e8 Add R2 image storage, upload endpoint, and CDN support

Details 
- Backend: R2StorageService, upload controller (POST /api/upload)
- Frontend: CDN url helper, NEXT_PUBLIC_CDN_URL build arg
- Deploy: pass R2 secrets from Woodpecker CI to containers via .env
- Docs: update CLAUDE.md with CDN and upload conventions

a30fe60414 Add local development environment with switchable backend

Set up local dev workflow: SSH tunnel to dev DB, Next.js API proxy
via rewrites, Docker or native backend on port 5000. Update and
restructure project documentation.

d307a3fbad Initial project setup: Next.js frontend + .NET 9 backend 
- Frontend: Next.js 16 + shadcn/ui + Tailwind CSS 4
- Backend: .NET 9 Web API with Npgsql health check
- Docker Compose for prod and dev environments
- Woodpecker CI pipeline for auto-deploy
- Health check endpoints for E2E testing
